Turlough screams well but as I've just watched Resurrection of the Daleks (in hope of some slashy bits to cap - there are none! though there is a quality bit of tie adjusting from Turlough) where the Doctor gets strapped to a table (covered in bubblewrap) and spends the next few minutes gasping prettily, so in my mind Five definitely has the edge.
