Specialist in fairy stories!

Campion went through an Early Phase of Extreme Imbecility and then morphed into Quietly But Still Occasionally Amusing and Competent. In the books, at least. I think one of the best, though you probably wouldn't want to read it right away as it comes much later on, is Pearls Before Swine. Largely because Albert is thwarted at every turn from getting what he would like, ranging from dinner to his train home, in a way that is gently amusing. Poor chap.
