It's a fangirl's job to produce shonky screencapped icons (the screencaps are shonky, not the icons!) and crack!fic'n'art. What episode is the tie cap from? It totally looks like he's trying to take it off whilst giving someone a come-hither look
The tie-fiddle is from the final scene of Frontios. He's smugly doing it up and reminding the silly humans not to tell anyone about the Doctor's visit (as for some inexplicable reason, the Doctor seems terribly worried about the Time Lords finding out about him poking his nose into this one - most odd). And I think come-hither is just one of Turlough's three expressions (the others being Pout and Sulk).
Eek. I am doing the ginger love god down. Pouting, Sulking, Angsting, Frothing-at-the-mouth-insanity, Glee at holding the Doctor's hand, Girly squeaking fear at duckman, Smugness at Tegan, Guilty lurking, Unconsciousness...he's a versatile chap really:)
Not that I'm knocking furry hats (as I think they're officially teh business) but can I have a gay boater hat instead. I'd wear it at a jaunty angle and be the envy of everyone.
